This is our Dong Ding Oolong that's been masterfully roasted.  If you like roasted oolongs, this is a great choice!  Smooth and full of flavor, this tea will age well so stock up and invest in years to come!

Elevation: 800M

Harvest: Winter 2016

Brewing: One teaspoon to 8oz. 185 deg. water for 4 minutes.

Q: Where is the origin of the tea? 
A: Our teas are grown by individual farmers in Taiwan.


Q: What is Oolong tea?
A:  Oolong tea is a wide range of teas oxidized between +/- 15% to 90%. They can vary greatly in taste, appearance and profile - some are greener, some are darker.


Q: Can you mix Oolong tea with other teas? 
A: Yes, you can but the best way to taste the true, deep and smooth flavor of the tea is to drink it without mixing.
