How to cancel or accept an order?
  • Go to the orders and from the drop-down menu choose order listing
  • Choose the order that you want to change and with the mouse right-click, click three blue dots and then view
  • At the bottom of the page choose reject order
How to disable/enable/edit products?
  • From the products drop-down menu choose products listing
  • Choose the product that you want to Edit/Disable/Enable and with the mouse right-click, click three blue dots and then choose the action that you want to do.
If Vendor does Cancel an Order and the payment has already been charged - does the payment automatically return to the customer?
As soon as sellers cancels the orders then refund will be done automatically to customers via shopify end.
